The Partners of Marshall Diel & Myers, Barristers and Attorneys, are pleased to announce that Mr Kevin Taylor has recently joined the firm as a senior associate in the litigation department.
Kevin has considerable expertise in litigating commercial disputes and dealing with insolvency matters. He has made numerous appearances in the Supreme Court of Bermuda in both the commercial and civil divisions. Kevin is experienced in matters of insurance, corporate and shareholder remedies, construction and property disputes. He brings good business sense and a pragmatic approach in advising clients.
Kevin attended Wilfrid Laurier University and Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2001 and to the Bermuda Bar in 2005. He is accredited as a mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
