Background

Kevin Taylor is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department of Marshall Diel and Myers. Kevin joined the firm in September 2008. He has considerable expertise in litigating commercial disputes and dealing with insolvency matters. He has made numerous appearances in the Supreme Court of Bermuda in both the commercial and civil divisions. Kevin is experienced in matters of insurance, corporate and shareholder remedies, construction and property disputes. He brings good business sense and a pragmatic approach in advising clients.
