Kevin attended Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, receiving his LL.B. in 1999. He completed his articles in Toronto at a prominent commercial litigation firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001. Kevin practiced in Toronto until 2004, making appearances before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Kevin relocated to Bermuda with his Bermudian wife in 2004 and continued his commercial litigation practice with Appleby. Kevin joined Marshall, Diel & Myers Limited as a Senior Associate in September 2008 and joined the management of the firm as a director in January 2012.
Kevin represents both international and local business clients in complex litigation and advisory matters. His practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation including insolvency, shareholder and creditor remedies and employment matters. He has extensive litigation experience and regularly appears before all levels of court including the Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals. Mr. Taylor is also an accredited mediator.
Kevin brings a good business sense and a pragmatic approach in advising clients, and he is committed to assisting his clients both in and out of court.
