Background

Luciano Aicardi is a Partner at Marshall Diel and Myers overseeing the Property, Trust and Estates Departments. Luciano's areas of expertise include property law, conveyancing, trusts and estate planning. Luciano acts for both Bermudian and international clients on a wide range of both domestic and international matters.

In 1992 Luciano returned to Bermuda to work for Appleby Spurling & Kempe specialising in Trust, Probate, Bermuda Immigration Law, Corporate and Commercial Law. In 1996 he joined the firm of Marshall & Company, quickly moving to the position of Partner when the firm became Marshall Aicardi. In 2002 the firm merged to become Marshall Diel & Myers and Luciano's practice area grew to include the conveyancing and property departments.

Luciano attended the University of Guelph, Canada where he graduated with an Honours B.A.. He then attended the University of Buckingham, England where he obtained an Honours Law Degree. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992 and to the Bermuda Bar in 1993. He is a Member of Grays Inn, England and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
