Background

Rod Michelmore is a litigation attorney at Marshall Diel and Myers. Rod is a litigation lawyer with a broad-based expertise in litigation both in England and Bermuda.

Rod acts for a variety of local and international clients, and he has an established track record of providing advice and conducting litigation in a wide range of general litigation disputes including matters involving commercial law, employment law, matrimonial law, personal injury / medical negligence claims, landlord & tenant, and immigration and naturalization.

Prior to joining Marshall Diel & Myers Limited in 2002, Rod was a senior crown prosecutor in England where he practiced for over 8 years. During that time Rod gained a wide range of experience in conducting trials in complex and high profile matters.

Rod attended Kings College at the University of London where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours Upper Division). Rod was called to the bar in Bermuda in August 2003.
