Volunteered Information
When you browse our web site, you do so anonymously; no personally identifiable information is collected.
In order to use Marshall Diel & Myers' products and services, however, you must register. Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information such as your name, communication coordinates including e-mail address and demographic information such as your zip code or age. You may also choose to voluntarily provide us personal information by requesting information regarding our Barristers & Attorneys partnership, web site, and our comprehensive legal products or services.
e.g., Our real estate calculator form for the forecast of the total incremental cost of acquisition of real property in Bermuda does not request information to execute the product.
e.g., Our company formation form does request contact, demographic and other detailed information duly required as an integral part of the process of incorporation in Bermuda. The authority supporting this proposition arises from legislative enactments contained in statute, regulation and policy statements which make up the legal system of the Islands of Bermuda.
Further, you may volunteer credit card, debit card, 'smart card' or other financial information to us if you enter into a client relationship and agree to acquire any of our legal services.
