Prior to joining Marshall Diel & Myers Limited in 2016, Adam practiced a combination of conveyancing and litigation law at another Bermuda-based law firm. Adam regularly appeared before the Bermuda Courts and Tribunals and his litigation practice included a wide variety of commercial and residential property disputes ranging from trespass, boundary encroachments, adverse possession claims, to landlord and tenant disputes.
Adam’s extensive litigation experience provides him with the unique ability to help his clients avoid potential disputes and resolve them if they have already begun.
