Jonathan is an Associate in the Litigation and Advice Team at Marshall Diel & Myers Limited. He began his legal career in 2016 as a pupil at Marshall Diel & Myers Limited training under Katie Tornari and Adam Richards. During his young career he has conducted a wide variety of matters in the Magistrates’ Court and Supreme Court. He has also sat as junior counsel to Queen’s Counsel in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal and is currently assisting in the preparation of an appeal to the Privy Counsel.
Jonathan’s practice includes both civil and criminal litigation and non-litigious work such as commercial transactions and estate planning. Jonathan’s breadth of practice enables him to advise clients needing multi-faceted advice or advice on multiple matters simultaneously.
