Kate is an Associate in Marshall Diel & Myers Limited’s commercial litigation team. Kate has over 10 years experience as a barrister in England with an emphasis on complex, sensitive and highly contentious litigation. 

Kate is also appointed as a fee-paid Judge in England and is authorised to hear a broad range of civil and commercial matters. She brings this judicial experience to bear when advising and representing clients.

Kate is a tenacious and no-nonsense advocate who punches well above her weight in Court. She is regularly instructed in multi-week, paper-heavy trials with Kings Counsel instructed for other parties.
