Kimonea is an Associate at Marshall Diel & Myers Limited having joined the Property and Estate Planning Team in June 2020. Prior to joining Marshall Diel & Myers Limited, Kimonea was exposed to a wide range of practice areas and had broad experience in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on investment funds, contract law, and cross-border transactions.
Expertise
As part of the Property and Estate Planning Team, Kimonea regularly advises both local and non-Bermudian clients on a wide range of property matters, including sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, financing and other property related matters.
Kimonea’s practice also encompasses advising major local lending institutions on property secured lending and various security matters affecting property in Bermuda.
