Overview
Tashae is an Associate in the Litigation & Advice Team. Tashae obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2020 followed by the Legal Practice Course in 2021. Prior to joining Marshall Diel & Myers Limited, Tashae completed her pupillage at an offshore law firm on island, gaining experience in the corporate, litigation and private client departments before being called to the Bermuda Bar in October 2022.
Tashae maintains a diverse and growing practice encompassing all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. She regularly advises clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual matters, debt collection and employment matters. Tashae also has experience working closely with King’s Counsel and assisting on high-value commercial litigation matters.
